Friendly people. They fixed my screen on my phone and my tablet pretty fast. They are located close to my house which was a plus. I went to their website and they offered $10 off. I don’t know how long it will last but it’s there now. I am very happy with the service they provided and I will be back. I have an old phone I need them to unlock.

Hard to find but well worth it. I actually walked around the whole building trying to find the entrance and it reminded me of a house form disney land or amusement park. I joked for a bit with the tech guy and I felt like my phone was in good hands it was. He even offered me a loner phone which was awesome. I hope this place does well and expands.

This was a great place to get my phone fixed. I had a cracked screen and my touch screen sensor on my iPhone 6s Plus was damaged. They did great work, got a great deal on the repairs that needed to get done. The sign reads appointment only but the guy there was able to get me in. The customer service was great. The office is really cool. I would deffinetly go back if I break my phone again.

I shattered my iPhone 8 Plus screen pretty bad a few months back and I went and talked to Joe at SmartFix. Not only is he honest but he does very good and solid work. He's by appointment only and yet he's always busy so to me that's a sign of a good business/employee relationship. He uses high quality material and is very skilled and knowledgeable with electronics and their components. His prices are reasonable and he's fairly quick. Yesterday I had him install a CLEARPLEX screen and back cover protector. Such a great investment. It literally makes your phone shatter resistant. I've been going here for months for all my electronic repair needs and referred plenty of friends. His wife is also very skilled and knowledgeable.

I Had an iphone 8 plus screen repaired here the other day. They were very friendly nice and professional. They did a great job and I will be returning for any other iphone repairs I need. Great local business that takes care of their clients. When the original diagnosis was wrong, he took care of it free of charge! They explained the problem in a way I could understand and how they planned to fix it. My only negative feedback is that I wish there was better communication during the fix. It took longer than expected, which I understand, but I would have liked to receive a call to let me know. Other than that, owner and partners are good people and way better to work with than big companies.
